Quite a number of people celebrities inclusive have jumped on this trending #challenge and we thought to share the fun side of life with you.
Looking at it from the consumer perspective,
Is there really a Nigerian brand that we can boldly say, ‘don’t leave me’ to in its real context without bias?
Well, for me, I really can’t tell because I have met the good, bad and the ugly side of most brands I have been ‘opportuned ‘ to transact business with.
And so, I have a few questions to ask…
What’s the average consumer perception of your brand?
Are your client’s expectations met after interacting with your brand?
And lastly,
What lasting consumer experience do your clients/customer have or hold on to about your brand?
I think when the above questions are addressed, most consumers like me can boldly ‘stan’ any brand that we feel have surpassed the basic “Nigerian consumer experience”.
